To travel with the Marching, Pep, Symphonic, Jazz Band, or Color Guard each student must have a signed copy of the Permission Form, Zero Tolerance Policy and Authorization to Treat a Minor forms on file with Mr. Ahrens. You may use the above links to print them out.
